Insight is a Company Partner of the Research Society in Australia, and Mark is certified as a Qualified Professional Researcher with the society.

Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, holds a Masters in Biostatistics, and has been working in clinical trials and public health since 2000. Prior to establishing Insight Mark worked in health research centres at the University of Queensland (Australia), Stanford University (USA), McGill University (Canada), and Novartis pharmaceuticals (Switzerland).

The Precinct contains Griffith University Gold Coast, the Gold Coast University Hospital, the Gold Coast Private Hospital, and the Cohort and Lumina tech parks. Insight provides research, consulting, training, and IT support services for clients across the Precinct and for the broader international community.
