Economic Analyses

Insight provides training and consulting services for economic analyses including:

  • cost-benefit analysis, which asks whether the economic benefits outweigh the economic costs of a given business activity, and

  • cost-effectiveness analysis, which is focused on the question of how much it costs to obtain a certain amount of output from a business activity.

Insight has over 30 years of experience working in a research setting and teaching research methodologies (at the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, Griffith University, Stanford University USA, McGill University Canada, and for industry, government, and non-government organizations). Insight CEO, Dr Mark Griffin, is the Chair of the Special Interest Group for Business Analytics (International Institute of Business Analysis), and the Co-Chair of the Section for Business Analytics (Statistical Society of Australia).
